文旦壼 • Pomelo (Wendan)

文旦壺，創於明未清初，是一種為歷代制壺名家所喜的壺式。源於最初紫砂壺形體多取材於自然瓜果等物，文旦壺因外形尤如瓜果類的文旦柚而得名。文旦壺身由精簡的線面架構而成，自然服帖，身蓋相連呈截蓋，鈕呈圓尖狀。此壺除了充滿圓潤豐腴之美，壼嘴與壼把相呼應，配以特色的三腳座，成為獨特的文旦款式。

Pomelo is a wide teapot combining a modern yet simple design with a oval profile. The opening is very wide, so it is easy to put in even large tea leaves. The name Pomelo has been chosen because the shape of the teapot in reference to a delicious Chinese citrus fruit of similar shape called Wen Dan.
