祁門紅茶,簡稱祁紅,是一種具有獨特風味的紅茶,出產於中國安徽祁門縣,是中國十大名茶之中唯一的紅茶。祁門紅茶採摘細緻,製工精湛,除了對嫩葉標準有高度要求外,更在製作上按技術流程分3個過程12道工序。祁門紅茶分為10個等級,一茶軒的祁門紅茶是採用「禮茶」精品級別,外形條索緊細,苗秀顯毫,色澤烏潤,以滋味醇厚、湯色紅豔、香氣高長而著稱,具獨特清鮮持久的香味,帶有砂糖香、蘋果香及桂圓香,並蘊藏馥鬱似花如蜜的香氣,因無法用一個詞彙的形容,故以「祁門香」譽之,這在世界的茶葉史上,估計也是獨一無二。

 

Keemun is a distinctive black tea from the county of Chimen in Anhui Province, China. It is the only black tea on the list of the “10 greatest teas from China”. Its painstaking production process begins with tea-picking. Since Keemun’s quality is dependent on the tenderness of the raw leaves, it puts a lot of emphasis on the
technique of the pickers. After that, the preparation process comprises 12 steps, divided into 3 stages.
