Shipping Policy

  1. 貨品將被運送到您在訂購過程中指定的送貨地址。

    Your order will be shipped to your delivery address specified by you during the order process. 

     

  2. 遇有下列情況:
    A)遇有海關查扣貨物,或非為因素而造成的貨運延誤、貨物充公等情形;
    B)在政府機構實施執法行為所導致的貨物被扣、檢驗、充公、沒收等;
    C)遇有不可抗拒的情況如天氣原因,包括颱風、地震、暴雨、水浸、山泥傾瀉等;
    導致的貨運延誤或貨物損毀時,並因此而引起的任何經濟或法律責任和損失,本公司概不負責或賠償。但本公司會盡力協調,跟進或安排後續事宜。

    In any of the following cases: 
    A)Customs seizure of the goods, or delays in transportation or confiscation of the goods caused by non-human factors. 
    B)The goods are detained, inspected, confiscated, etc. by law enforcement actions of government agencies. 
    C)In the event of irresistible conditions such as weather, including typhoons, earthquakes, rainstorms, flooding, landslides, etc.
    causing freight delays or damage to the goods, any legal liabilities or economic losses caused, the company held no liability or compensation. However, the company will endeavor to coordinate, follow up or arrange follow-up matters.

     

  3. 收到款項後,您將在 1-2 個工作天後收到一封確認電郵並帶有包裹追踪號碼。

    Once the payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation letter with parcel tracking number 1-2 days later. 

     

  4. 您也可以選擇「門市取貨」服務到實體店直接取貨,並在訂購過程中表明您的選擇。

    You may also choose to collect the products from one of our stores offering the "Collect in Store" service, by indicating your choice during the order process. 

     

  5. 對於國際運輸訂單,由於運輸需時,過程也涉及通關事宜。如果20個工作日後仍未收到訂單,請與我們聯繫。

    For international deliveries, please allow 20 working days* from date of dispatch to receive your order. We'd ask that you only contact us if you have not received your order after 20 working days.
    *Working days are Monday - Friday only. Working days will also exclude public holidays.

退換貨政策
Return & Exchange Policy

  1. 出於安全的考慮,所有茶葉相關訂單在完成交易後不能退貨。我們只會為與訂單不符的貨品及已損壞貨品提供換貨服務。

    Please be aware that Tea are unable to cancel, refund or exchange. We will only exchange the purchased products unless they are faulty or not as described. 

     

  2. 更換保證不適用於減價,已使用或出售後才損壞的貨品。

    Altered, damaged, excluded or sale merchandise will not be exchanged and refunded.

     

  3. 顧客於收取貨品時必須檢查所訂購之貨品是否有損毀。如果收貨後發現貨品品質有問題,請在收到貨品之日起的7天內電郵相關訂單編號及有關貨品相片至oneteahouse@yahoo.com.hk。貨品須連同原封包裝的情況下安排更換。

    The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. If the items you receive have quality issues, please send email to oneteahouse@yahoo.com.hk with your order number and pictures of your item within 7 days upon receipt. Items must be returned in the original box and must include all the original tag, label and packaging.

     

  4. 一張訂單只可辦理一次換貨。非品質問題貨品,恕不接受退換。

    Please note that only one exchange request can be made per each order. Items cannot be returned and refunded for non-quality reasons.

     

  5. 我們保留權利可全權酌情就任何理由不接納或取消訂單,包括但不限於:
    A)產品缺貨;
    B)能就閣下的地區安排送貨;
    C)閣下所訂購的一件或多件商品所標示的價格因人為或電腦錯誤而出錯;
    D)無法配合閣下指定交貨日期的要求。
    如我們取消閣下的訂單,我們將以電郵方式通知閣下,並將盡快但無論如何於閣下訂單起計十個工作天內於閣下的戶口存入我們於閣下的信用卡所扣減的任何金額。閣下接納我們毋須就閣下的不滿而作出任何賠償。

    We reserve our right not to accept or cancel an order for any reasons at our sole discretion, including without limitation:
    A)No sufficient stock to deliver the product you have ordered.
    B)No delivery can be arranged for your area.
    C)One or more of the product you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a human or computer error or an error in the pricing information provided by us 
    D)We are unable to meet a delivery date request you have specified.

     

  6. 如有任何爭議,一茶軒將保留最終決定權。

    In case of dispute, One Tea House Ltd. reserves the right of final decision.
