A product of Anxi, Fujian, Tie Guan Yin is prepared with a traditional method which kneads the tea leaves wrapped inside a cloth. Kneaded and roasted twice, the leaves are taken out and further roasted on low heat. This results in its deep flavour and

emblematic aftertaste. The taste of the brew is restrained with subtle notes of orchid and fruits. What makes it outstanding is the sophisticated aftertaste that lingers around the throat.
